The Growth Project is an innovative program carefully bringing together charity leaders with business entrepreneurs to allow charities to better achieve their goals and maximise the positive impact they have on the world.
Throughout the 12-month course, participants share knowledge and experiences, learn how to run more effective and efficient organisations and develop their leadership skills.
Described by founder of The Growth Project, Peter Baines, as a formidable duo, George and Dr. Rob were paired to actively promote the National Justice Project’s mission and advocacy for marginalised groups.
At the graduation presentation in November 2020, Dr. Rob stated that “through the Growth Project, George and I developed an incredible connection and from a business leaders perspective this has broadened my understanding of how to run an organisation whilst helping a charity succeed.”
